Technology Behind the Step
TPM Footwear explores a different way to build shoes: using 3D printed structures to shape how a sole looks, flexes and supports movement. Instead of treating the sole as a single solid block, digital design lets us create open, engineered forms that can be tuned for different footwear concepts.
Structure, Not Decoration
The visible lattice is part of the product architecture. Its geometry can influence how the sole deforms under load, how different zones move and how the shoe expresses its design language.
Designed Digitally
Each footwear concept begins in a digital design environment. Geometry, wall thickness, structure density and local support can be adjusted before a part is produced. This gives the design team a level of control that is difficult to achieve with conventional molded forms alone.
Built for Product-Specific Performance
Different TPM Footwear models may use different structures, materials and tuning strategies. Product pages will list the verified features and materials that apply to each specific shoe.
Materials Matter
3D printing is only one part of the final experience. Material selection, geometry, finishing, fit and the complete shoe construction work together. We do not apply one performance claim to every model; verified specifications are shown only where they have been confirmed for that product.
Why It Matters
Our goal is to use digital manufacturing as a design tool for footwear—not as a novelty. The result is a platform for creating shoes with distinctive structure, visual identity and a new approach to underfoot design.
